Race features and logistics

Registration items vary by event. Participants in the 5K, 10K, 15K, and 1 Mile receive a participation t-shirt and a custom finisher medal; 1 Mile is untimed and not eligible for age-group awards. Kid’s Dash participants run free and may purchase a shirt or medal as add-ons. The event guarantees t-shirt sizes for registrations completed by July 18, 2026. Entry fees are listed per event; some fees increase after March 31, 2026. The virtual option includes shipping of the shirt and medal the week of the race.

Awards are given four deep by age group (male/female divisions from 0-4 up to 80+), plus overall and masters divisions; awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped. The organizer donates a portion of proceeds and all donations to Encounter Church (Fate). Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry as a thank-you.
