Participants will navigate a mixed terrain that includes iconic landmarks, with the route divided into three legs: Fowey to Helman Tor, Helman Tor to Gribben Head, and Gribben Head back to Fowey. The event features three feed stations and requires self-navigation, with GPS trackers provided. Open to individuals aged 18 and over, runners have eight hours to complete the course, making it a challenging yet rewarding experience for trail running enthusiasts.
