Traprain Law Hill Race

The Traprain Law Hill Race, organized by Carnethy Hill Running Club, is a 10.3 km multi-terrain event held in East Linton, Scotland, as part of the East Linton Gala. The course features paths, farm tracks, grass, and a river crossing over the River Tyne, followed by a steep rock scramble ascent of Traprain Law and a fast grassy descent. Runners finish with a challenging climb through Pencraig Woods before a long descent back to the village. The race starts and finishes at East Linton Memorial Park and encourages the use of trail or studded running shoes. It celebrates the local community and the free spirit of Scottish hill running.
