Trail Run Chaleur

Trail Run Chaleur takes place on September 12, 2026 in Bathurst, New Brunswick, on the trails behind Nepisiguit River Company. The event was established in 2025 and the course is not certified.

Distances offered include:

• 20 km (two 10 km loops)
• 10 km
• 5 km run or walk
• 2.5 km teen race
• 2.5 km family fun run, each family member must register
• 1 km kids race, ages 5 to 11
• 500 m for age 5 and under
• 1 km free for participants in the Kids Trail Run program 2026

The course uses mixed surfaces: gravel, single track mountain bike trails, hard packed dirt roads and grass trails. Online registration is available; there is no race day registration for adults. Race day registration may be available for the 1 km kids race. Adults can also register in person the night before at a location to be announced.

Registration fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are non refundable. Early bird and regular registration deadlines are published for the event; fees vary by distance and age category.

There is no prize money. Ribbons, medals and gifts will be awarded to winners in age categories and to top overall female and male finishers in several distances. Participation prizes will be drawn so entrants have a chance to win items. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
