• TRA16 - 16.7 km; elevation gain +362 m; terrain: trails 14.2 km, beach 1.2 km, tarmac 1.3 km.
• TRA8 - 8.3 km; elevation gain +147 m; terrain: trails 7.0 km, tarmac 1.3 km.
• TRA2.5 - 2.5 km Family Beach Run; terrain: beach 2.3 km, trails 200 m; elevation gain +48 m.

Courses include single-track and open trails, sandy beach sections and cliff-top viewpoints. Maps and course notes are subject to change with approvals or conditions.

Logistics, aid and safety

Registration and compulsory equipment checks occur the day before and on the morning of the event. Bus transport from Race HQ to start locations is provided for some courses. Aid stations supply water and sports nutrition (including FIXX Nutrition and CLIF products). The event is cupless; athletes must carry their own cup, bottles or hydration pack. Compulsory equipment lists vary by distance (for example the TRA28 requires 2 L water capacity at the start). Random equipment checks and penalties apply. Medical support and first aid are provided at Race HQ and staffed checkpoints; some trails are remote and response times may be longer.
