Coast to Kosciuszko

The Coast to Kosciuszko is a 240 km ultramarathon instigated in 2004 and organised by runners. The event values community, humility and resilience and is held in New South Wales, Australia.

The route starts at Twofold Bay near Eden and finishes at Charlotte Pass after summitting Mount Kosciuszko, Australia’s highest point. The course includes 5,482 m of ascent and 3,648 m of descent and passes through multiple climate zones, offering a sea to summit experience. The event venue is listed as Eden NSW 2551. The scheduled dates are 20 November 2026 to 22 November 2026.

Entry is by invitation only, with around 60 runners invited. Competitors have up to 46 hours to complete the 240 km course. The race record is 24 hours 33 minutes, set in 2014. Trail runs nearby

A 27 km trail run between the historic wharves at Tathra and Merimbula on the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales. The course is marked and marshals provide water while organisers record times and award finish medals.

A coastal trail run from Boyds Tower to Green Cape Lighthouse along mixed bush and beach terrain, with a water station on course. The event is part of WinterSun Festival and is listed as a 5 hour 30 minute in person run.

A weekend of coastal trail races on the Sapphire Coast with 30km, 18km, 7km and a 2.5km family beach run, cupless aid stations, compulsory equipment checks and Race HQ at Tathra Surf Life Saving Club.
