The North Coast Race : Jersey
The North Coast Race by Trail Monkey is a point to point trail event along Jersey’s north coast with two distance options. Both races finish at Les Landes and follow coastal paths with repeated climbs, technical sections and long sea views. Course marking highlights key decisions and a downloadable GPX file is provided as backup.
Included with entry are an event T-shirt (while clothing orders remain open), a finisher medal at Les Landes, professional timing, and free race photographs when photographers cover the course. Aid stations supply water, Coke and basic race fuel; the event is cup free so participants must bring a reusable cup or drinking vessel.
Mandatory kit applies to all competitors and must be carried to the start. Required items include trail shoes with grip, a suitable pack, at least 1000 ml water capacity, a foil blanket or bivvy bag, a long-sleeved warm layer, a charged phone with What3Words and the race contact number, whistle, food, route loaded on a device, and sufficient battery. Weather-dependent items may be required and final requirements are confirmed in pre-event information.
Practical notes cover transport for point to point starts and cut-offs to protect runners and volunteers. The event lists entry fees and aid station locations for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
