Tideland 24 is a fully supported 24-hour ultramarathon held in Cedar Point, North Carolina, within the scenic Croatan National Forest. Participants run or walk on the USATF-certified 1.37779-mile Tideland National Recreation Trail, which features crushed gravel paths, minimal elevation gain, and various aluminum and wooden bridges. The course winds through the White Oak River, salt marshes, and forest, offering abundant wildlife and changing tides for a unique natural atmosphere. Awards are given for top male, female, and active duty finishers, with a special belt buckle for those completing 100 miles.
