The Wine Run takes place on June 7, 2026 at Westport Rivers Vineyard & Winery in Westport, MA (417 Hixbridge Rd). The running course is approximately 3 miles along varying trails through farms and it finishes among the vines.

Post-race activities are held in the vineyard and include dinner, wine and music. Race participants receive a souvenir wine glass. General race entry includes parking, race entry, professional race timing, a t-shirt, a wine glass with wine, dinner and music.

Two non-running options are offered: BBQ only, which includes food, wine and music, and Kids BBQ only, offered for children under 21. Registration windows and fees listed by the organizer are as follows: Wine Run registration opens 10/17/2025 and closes 11/30/2025 with a fee of $55.00; BBQ Only registration opens 10/17/2025 and closes 12/31/2025 with a fee of $40.00; Kids BBQ Only registration opens 10/17/2025 and closes 12/31/2025 with a fee of $25.00.
