THE ROC ENGLAND
THE ROC ENGLAND is a five-stage endurance race in the Lake District, centred on Lakeside, Windermere and the ascent of Scafell Pike. The event is scheduled for Saturday 5 September 2026 and follows a fixed sequence of disciplines: swim, bike, mountain run, bike, run.
