THE ROC England

THE ROC England is a five stage endurance race based at Lakeside, Windermere in Cumbria. The course combines open water swimming, road cycling, a mountain ascent to Scafell Pike and a short trail run back to the lakeside venue. The event date is Saturday 5 September 2026.

A short, sharp fell race over 3 miles with 820 ft of ascent around Latterbarrow. The event takes place in May with junior and senior starts. Entry is available on the day.

Weekend 9 is a waymarked 25 km trail event in the Howgill Fells with about 1500 m of ascent. It offers loaded, runner and walker categories, staffed checkpoints and a downloadable GPX file for navigation.

A traditional fell race of 6.74 miles (10.8 km) with 412 m ascent around Hutton Roof Crags and Farleton Knott, requiring navigation, three checkpoints and a 2h15 time limit under FRA rules; junior races and a country fair accompany the even..

Trail half marathon and 10K in Whinlatter Forest on 24 May 2026. Routes use firm forest trails with steep climbs, wide views of lakes and mountains, live chip timing, and one leashed dog allowed per runner.
