The Quadrathon Challenge

The Quadrathon Challenge is a four-day running event on the Inishowen peninsula along the Wild Atlantic Way. The event covers a total of 105 miles and uses coastal routes with rugged, sometimes hilly terrain and audible sea conditions along parts of the route.

Participants may choose to complete half marathon or full marathon distances and may spread those distances over one to four days. Each day uses a separate route. The event lists two named courses and permits running or walking on each course:

  • Full Marathon (WARRIOR) - run or walk
  • Half Marathon (QUEST) - run or walk

Entries open 28 August 2025 and close 28 July 2026. The event is organised by Extreme North. Event terms, a cancellation and refund policy, and an optional XCover purchase for potential refunds are available for participants to review. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
