Endurancelife Giant's Causeway
Endurancelife Giant's Causeway is a coastal trail running event held in Portrush, Northern Ireland on 10 April 2027. The event features a 20 mile route that follows sections of the Causeway Coast Way along the North Antrim Coast.
The route runs alongside the Giant's Causeway, a geological formation of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns and Northern Ireland's first UNESCO Heritage Site. The course lies entirely within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and includes cliffs, sandy beaches and ancient castle ruins. Surface types listed for the event include grass, trail, beach and coastpath, with a total ascent of 2,276 ft.
This event is part of the Endurancelife 2026-27 trail running season. Participants who complete any distance category at this event will be awarded points and listed in the season leaderboard. The event is also designated as a UTMB qualifier. Organiser information lists an entry price of £50 and a current capacity fill of 52 out of 100.
