The Old School @ Lincoln Parish Park is a trail running event in Ruston, Louisiana, held on March 21, 2026 at Lincoln Parish Park, 211 Parish Park Road, Ruston, LA 71270. The event offers three race distances:

This is an "Old School" style mud and dirt trail run produced by Get On A Trail Shreveport LLC with support from local sponsors.

Race details

The 5 mile course is a half loop of the 10 mile course. The 10 mile is a full loop and the 20 mile consists of two 10 mile loops. Aid stations are located at the start/finish area and on course at about mile 4 and mile 6. Food will be provided for longer-distance participants; 5 mile runners will be offered a pastry or muffin and a cold beverage. There are no age group awards.

Registration is temporarily frozen and is scheduled to reopen on December 29, 2025. Entry fees listed in the event information are $40 for the 5 mile, $42.50 for the 10 mile, and $55 for the 20 mile. Price tiers include increases on February 1 and March 1. A deadline is noted for race shirts (after March 15, 2025 entrants may not receive a shirt).
