Lake Louisa State Park Trail Run - November 7, 2026

The event is a trail running series held at Lake Louisa State Park in Clermont, Florida (7305 U.S. Highway 27). It offers three measured distances that run on park trails through pine forest, lakeshores, open meadows, and shaded oak areas. The course notes mention wildlife sightings such as deer and native birds and request that participants dispose of trash in park receptacles.

The race includes typical trail-race services: chip timing, on-course restrooms on longer courses, aid stations spaced roughly every two miles with a mix of volunteer- and self-serve stations, post-race food, race swag, and a medallion for finishers of each distance. The half-marathon specifies additional nutrition at the final three aid stations (bananas and bars).

Packet pick-up is scheduled across three days:

  • Nov 5 at the National Training Center, Nov 6 at Lake Louisa State Park, and the morning of Nov 7 at Lake Louisa State Park.

Parking requires single-day park passes purchased online the morning of the race; annual state park passes are also accepted. Awards cover overall male and female places, masters 50+ winners, age-group podiums across standard age bands from 0-19 through 80+, and team awards including fastest civil servant team and largest team recognitions.
