Race details
Aid stations are positioned approximately every 2 miles; some stations are self-serve and others are staffed. On-course restrooms are provided at specific miles: Half-Marathon mile 7 and 9; 10K mile 2.25 and 4.5. The Half-Marathon lists six aid stations, with the last three stations offering bananas and bars. The 5K lists one aid station.
The event is chip timed. Participants receive race swag and a completion medallion; post-race food is provided. Packet pick-up is available at the National Training Center on Thursday, November 6 (2:00pm-6:00pm) and at Lake Louisa State Park on Friday, November 7 (2:00pm-5:30pm) and the race morning (6:00am-7:00am). Parking passes are single-day use, purchased online the morning of the event, and parking fees go to Lake Louisa State Park.
