Druid's Challenge 2026

Druid's Challenge 2026 is a three day, 84 mile (135 km) ultramarathon along the Ridgeway between Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire, taking place 13–15 November 2026. The event base is at Tring Rugby Club, Cow Lane, Hertfordshire, Tring HP23 5NS (postal code HP23 6HA).

Competitors follow the Ridgeway route over three days with two overnight stops in Watlington and Didcot. The course includes sections with views of southern English countryside and landmarks such as Ivinghoe Beacon.

The organiser, XNRG Druids, offers several entry options: a full three day package that includes accommodation and meals, a full three day option without accommodation, and single day entries for day one, day two or day three. The full package lists included services such as overnight accommodation, evening meals, showers, breakfast, food and drink at checkpoints, free parking and evening guest speakers.

Prices vary by entry option and booking stage. A 10% discount is available for serving military or emergency services staff. Refunds are available up to one month before the event with a 30% charge; after that point refunds or transfers to future events are not available. Ticket transfers and substitutions are free until 07/10/2025 and credits and instalment plans are offered under specified conditions. A four-race summer series at Dinton Pastures offering 5 km, 10 km and a 2 km kids event. Off-road, traffic free course with chip timing, medals, marshals and on-site support.

An evening trail event at Wendover Woods on 18 July 2026 raising funds for the Chilterns Neuro Centre. It offers 10K, 5K and an accessible 1.5K with marked routes, chip timing and on-course support.

A chip timed 10 km race around Highfield Park and the Alban Way in St Albans on 19 July 2026. The event village features a free family fun run, kids zone, live music and a charity partnership with Alzheimer’s Research UK.

A seven hour timed event on 24 July 2026 along the River Thames where runners choose their distance from a 3 km minimum up to 50 km, with medals, goody bags, aid stations and distance pins for longer achievements.
