Event Overview

The Dizzy GOAT is a timed trail running event where participants choose their own pace and distance. The event offers three time durations: 12 hours, 6 hours, and 3 hours. The goal is for runners to cover as much distance as they can within their chosen time frame.

Course Details

The race takes place on a looped trail at the Chalco Hills Recreation Area in Omaha, NE. Each loop is approximately 3 miles. Runners are free to stop or rest during their race, but they must notify the official timer when taking an extended break.

Aid Stations

There is a fully stocked aid station at the start/finish area. A second "Motivation Station" is located at the mid-point of the loop.

Participant Information

Registration is limited to 250 total runners across all distances. The first 250 registrants are guaranteed swag. A finisher's medal is awarded to runners who achieve a minimum distance within their time limit: 9 miles (3 loops) for the 3-hour event, 21 miles (7 loops) for the 6-hour event, and 39 miles (13 loops) for the 12-hour event.
