Black Sheep Race takes place on October 10, 2026 at the Bellevue Rod and Gun Club, 1801 LaPlatte Road, Bellevue, NE 68123. The event includes multiple distances held on race day and a separate packet pickup option the day before at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping in Papillion.
Distances offered
- 10K Ruck (participants must carry a minimum 15 pound ruck or weighted vest)
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- Family Fun Run for up to five family members: two adults and three children
Packet pickup is available the day before at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, 213 S. Washington Street, Suite 5, Papillion, NE, with an additional race day pickup at the Bellevue Rod and Gun Club. Registered participants receive postrace breakfast at no additional charge; family members and spectators may join for breakfast with purchase.
Race swag varies by distance. Family Fun Run participants receive Black Sheep sunglasses and a breakfast ticket. 5K and 10K participants receive a finisher medal, a performance race hat, and a breakfast ticket. 10K Ruck participants receive a finisher medal, a Black Sheep patch, and a breakfast ticket.
A portion of registration proceeds supports Undiscovered Man nonprofit and the Bellevue Rod and Gun Club. Registration prices include taxes and fees; some items such as medals and apparel are not guaranteed for registrations received after September 20, 2026.
