Course, support, and policies

The course is a 7 km loop through Carolinian forest composed mostly of groomed double-track trails with rolling hills and about 130 m of elevation gain per loop. The organizer plans to run the loop counter-clockwise and to locate race headquarters at the Trail Centre. The first 2 km follow a rail trail, followed by a short steep descent to the lowest point, then rolling sections that return to the Trail Centre.

There is one main aid station at the start/finish with water, electrolyte drink, snacks, PB&J, and portable toilets, plus a self-serve water station about halfway on the loop. The event is cup-less; participants must provide their own cup or bottles. Pacers are subject to event rules and time-specific restrictions. Awards include custom belt buckles for 100-mile finishers and medals for most other events. Registration and refund policies include a 100% race credit if cancelled more than 30 days before the race and bib transfers up to 5 days before the race.
