Course, aid and rules

The course is a 7 km counter-clockwise loop through Carolinian forest, mostly groomed double-track trails with rolling hills and about 130 m of elevation gain per loop. The first 2 km follow the rail trail with a slight downhill, followed by a short steep descent to the lowest point, roughly 2.5 km of mostly small rolling hills, then 2–2.5 km of more sustained rolling hills returning to the Trail Centre start/finish area.

There is one main aid station at start/finish offering water, electrolyte drink, snacks, and typical ultra fare; a self-serve water station will be available about halfway around the loop. The event is cup-less; participants must bring a collapsible cup or bottle. Pacer rules vary by event: no pacers in the Gong Show or 6 hour; restrictions apply for 12 hour, 24 hour, and 100 mile events, with pacers required to sign waivers and pay park admission when applicable.

Refunds and transfers: up to 30 days before the race a 100% race credit is available; bib transfers are permitted up to 5 days before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
