Known as a "Suffer Fest," the race offers steep climbs and descents, testing runners' endurance and skill. It serves as the 2025 USATF Niagara Open and Masters Mountain Association Championships and is part of the USATF Niagara Runner of the Year and Team Grand Prix Series.
