Sri Chinmoy Sydney Series - Royal National Park and Sydney venues

The Sri Chinmoy Sydney Series is a set of four organised running events held at popular venues around Sydney. Each event offers a short, a medium and a longer road or trail distance. The Royal National Park event includes a full marathon in addition to the other distances. Races use wave starts. On-the-day entries are available at the race venue for a higher fee and online entry closes beforehand.

Distances offered across the series include:

  • Short distance: 4 km or 5 km
  • Medium distance: 7 km or 10 km
  • Longer distance: Half Marathon (21.1 km)
  • Marathon: 42.2 km at Royal National Park

Venues in the series include Centennial Park, Iron Cove, Dolls Point and Royal National Park. A Series Pass is available with discounted pricing options: Short Distance Series $47, Medium Distance Series $97, Longer Distance Series (four half-marathons) $113, and a Longer Distance Series with Marathon $127. With a Series Pass participants may change distance for an individual race.

Awards are given by distance and age category. Short distance categories include under 13, under 17 and 17 and over with placings to third. A night run at North Head in Manly NSW on 3 July 2026 with 5 km and 8 km routes, early bird and standard pricing, mandatory running light and reflective clothing, and prizes for the top three men and women.

Two day track ultrarunning event at Campbelltown Athletics Centre in Leumeah on 4 and 5 July 2026. Six races from 1 hour to 24 hour plus a marathon, with the 24 hour hosting the Australian 24 Hour National Championships and walking qualifie..

A single-lap 21.1 km winter trail half marathon at Lake Parramatta Reserve featuring technical single track, fire trail and lakeside scenery. Mandatory gear, cupless hydration and a strict four hour cutoff apply.

A community running festival at Lake Gillawarna on 12 July 2026 offering 3 km, 7 km, 14 km and 21.1 km races, medals for all finishers and trophies for top placings, with team and family entry options.
