About the race
The Sri Chinmoy Sydney Series is a four-event running series held at several popular venues around Sydney. The series comprises road and trail races staged across the year, with individual events at Centennial Park, Iron Cove, Dolls Point and the Royal National Park.
Each event offers three core distances and, at the Royal National Park, an additional full marathon distance:
- Short : 4 km or 5 km
- Medium : 7 km or 10 km
- Longer : Half-Marathon (21.1 km)
- Marathon : 42.2 km (Royal National Park only)
Races use wave starts. Online entry normally closes at 5pm two days before each race; on‑the‑day entries are available at the venue for a higher fee. Series Pass options are offered for the four-event package across short, medium and longer distances, including a pass that substitutes a marathon for one half-marathon. With a Series Pass, runners may switch distances for individual races.
The events include age-category awards across short, middle, half‑marathon and marathon fields, with multiple placings in each category. Course maps and previous race results are published for each venue, and the series maintains historical results and course records for the venues named above.
