Event Overview

Spy Rock takes place in Ozark, Arkansas, and serves as a preparation event for the summer season. The event is hosted at the Redding and Spy Rock loop, providing a course that involves significant elevation changes. Participants must complete their chosen distance by the end of the day on March 28, 2026.

Course Details

The event utilizes a single loop that measures approximately 8 miles. This loop features 1,000 feet of elevation gain and 1,000 feet of descent. Participants can choose between two main distance options based on the number of loops completed:

• 8 Miler: Consists of a single completion of the Redding and Spy Rock loop.
• 50K: Consists of four consecutive loops, totaling approximately 32 miles with 4,000 feet of total elevation gain.

Participation Requirements

This is a free event with no registration fee. Runners are required to record their activity and submit a GPX or Strava link to the organizers upon completion. The event provides flexibility in timing, as the run can be completed at any point during the month of March, as long as the data is submitted by the final event date.
