Splash & Dash Beach Race

The Splash & Dash Beach Race is a scenic running event held on West Sands Beach in St Andrews, Fife. Scheduled for July 20, 2025, the race covers approximately 4 miles over two laps on firm, compact sand, starting and finishing at the Life Guards Beach Hut. A unique feature of the course is a refreshing water dip at the end of each lap, so participants are advised to bring a change of clothes.
The event offers medals for all finishers and prizes for top overall and age-group finishers.
