Southern Sydney Track Ultra 2026
The Southern Sydney Track Ultra returns for its sixth running on Saturday 04 July and Sunday 05 July 2026. The two day meeting is presented by Ultra Running NSW and takes place at Campbelltown Athletics Centre in Leumeah, south of Sydney. The event program comprises six races held across the weekend.
The event schedule includes these race distances:
- 24 hour race, which hosts the Australian 24 Hour National Championships
- 12 hour race
- 6 hour race
- 3 hour race
- 1 hour race
- 42.2 km marathon, held in the evening
The venue received a new synthetic track surface that was laid and re measured over the 2024/25 summer months. The meeting is IAU Bronze labelled and sanctioned, enabling use of the event for qualifying distances or record attempts where applicable.
The event also includes official walking races and qualifiers, including an Australian Centurion Walkers qualifier and Race Walking Australia 100 km walking championships.
