South 100

South 100 is a team 100 mile trail event in Cornwall held on 20–21 June 2026. The organiser runs group events of five runners tackling a coastal or trail route; current routes include Bude to Gwithian, Coverack to Porthtowan, and Mount Edgcumbe to Coverack. The event base is at 64 Trelowarren Street, Camborne TR14 8AH.

Entry requirements include prior completion of a 100 km race in under 20 hours and experience of night running. Teams are self navigated and all five runners start together. The run must be completed within 36 hours. Participants will be dropped off at the start and collected from the finish and must arrange an emergency contact able to collect them if required.

Crew support includes meeting the team every 5 to 6 miles, transport around any ferry crossings, and provision of water, Pepsi, sweets, crisps and simple hot food. Runners supply their own nutrition; supplementary food from the crew is available. Each runner may bring one box of gear (50 x 50 x 40 cm); a box can be provided if needed. Tracking uses a location app with the crew bus on the tracker.

Cost is £110 per runner and is non refundable unless a replacement is found. Required kit includes a waterproof jacket, windproof over trousers, hydration system (1 litre min), bivvy bag, headtorch (200 lumens min) with spare batteries, first aid kit and emergency money.
