The Snow Mountain Ranch Trail Running Festival takes place Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the YMCA of the Rockies in Granby, CO (1101 County Rd 53). The event offers multiple trail distances and on-site bib pickup on race day only. Lodging and camping are available on property; campground pricing starts at $61 per night and includes bathroom facilities and electrical hook-ups. Race parking is onsite near the event center/Nordic Center. Race entries are non-refundable and non-transferable; registration closes on Monday, September 7 at 11:59 PM MT.

The 50K is an out-and-back with a lollipop section composed of three loops on 100% dirt trails. Distance is listed as about 31.4 miles with a total elevation gain near 4,236 ft and a maximum elevation of 9,844 ft. There are three aid stations per loop, a designated drop-bag area at the start/finish, and a pacer is allowed on the final loop only. The 50K has an 8.5-hour overall time limit and runners must begin the third loop by the six-hour mark.
The 33K uses dirt and grass trails in a two-loop format, reaches the same peak elevation, and includes multiple aid stations. The half marathon, 10K, and 5K are out-and-back courses on dirt with listed elevation gains of 1,707 ft (half), 653 ft (10K), and 405 ft (5K). Crews may support runners at the finish line; pacers are not permitted for distances other than the 50K final loop. Drop bags are available at the start/finish area.
