Snoqualmie Tunnel Glow Run

Snoqualmie Pass, United States • 12 Jul 2025

The Snoqualmie Tunnel 5k Glow Run is a family-friendly running and walking event held at Snoqualmie Pass, Washington, on the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail. Participants complete a 5-kilometer loop starting and ending at the Hyak Trailhead parking lot, running approximately one mile into the historic Snoqualmie Tunnel before turning back. The tunnel is partially illuminated with LED lights, creating a unique glowing atmosphere, and runners are encouraged to bring additional glow gear and personal lights. The course is mostly flat with compacted gravel, and the tunnel maintains a cool temperature around 50°F. After the race, an outdoor block party with food, drinks, and games is hosted at Dru Bru.
