The Seven Sisters Half Marathon is a single loop trail race that takes place in the South Downs National Park. The course starts and finishes at Helen Garden in Eastbourne. Course Details

The race covers a distance of 13.5 miles. The terrain is 99% trail and 1% tarmac, featuring a mix of grass trails, farm tracks, and forest paths. The route includes a total of 2,000 feet of ascent and descent, with a combination of hilly sections and flat stretches. The terrain is described as runnable and non-technical.

Participation and Logistics

Registration is open to runners aged 18 and older. There is no qualification requirement to participate, and entries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants receive the following:
