Sarnia Sole Burner
The Sarnia Sole Burner is an annual running event held at Suncor Park/Wawanosh Wetlands in Sarnia, Ontario. It features three professionally timed loop races on a paved 2.35 km course with some hills, including a 5K run, a 6-hour endurance race, and a 12-hour endurance race. A kids' 1K fun run is also offered.
The event supports the Sarnia Humane Society, with all proceeds donated to charity. Participants receive locally made swag, including technical shirts and medals, and prize money is awarded for the endurance races if the event sells out.
