Sarnia Sole Burner

The Sarnia Sole Burner is an annual running event held at Suncor Park/Wawanosh Wetlands in Sarnia, Ontario. It features three professionally timed loop-style races on a roughly 2.35 km fully paved course with some hills reaching about 20 meters elevation per loop. Race options include a 5K run, a 6-hour endurance race, and a 12-hour endurance race, with participants completing as many loops as possible in the timed events.

A kids' 1K fun run is also offered. The event supports the Sarnia Humane Society, with all proceeds donated. Amenities include aid stations, portable washrooms, and local swag.

Trail and Ale is an annual September run and walk on Sarnia's Howard Watson and Blackwell Trails offering 5K 10K and 15K options, a virtual participation choice, local craft beer for 19 plus and an after party at Refined Fool SPORTS.
