Event
The 2025 Santa’s Summit includes 5k and 10k trail races on December 6 at Bull Run Marina, Clifton, VA. The course follows sections of the Bull Run Occoquan Trail and includes out-and-back and one-way sections. A virtual race option is available. The event is chip timed; finishers receive a medal and a technical (Dri-fit) event shirt. The event supports Dulles South Soup Kitchen, which provides hot meals to Loudoun County residents.

Logistics and Services
Registration fees listed by the organizer: 5k $30 until Nov 15 (then $35) and 10k $45 until Nov 15 (then $50). T-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before Nov 24; extra shirts may be available after that on a first-come first-served basis. Race day registration and packet pickup are available at the event; organizers advise arriving about one hour before the race to check in.
There will be water stations and portajohns on course and near the start/finish. The organizer notes three water stations on the 7.5 M course at about miles 1.88, 3.8, and 6.2, and two water stations on the 5k at about miles 1.8 and 3.1; Gatorade will be available at some stations. Live results will be posted online and final results with series points will be posted the Monday after the race. Top three men and women overall and age-group awards are presented post-race.
