Trail Running in the Coastal Redwoods

The San Lorenzo River Trail Run takes place in Santa Cruz, California, starting at the Friendship Picnic Area in Harvey West Park. Participants travel through a diverse natural landscape featuring Coastal Redwoods that reach heights of 300 feet and ages up to 1500 years. The course transitions between lush stream canyons, open meadows, pine and oak forests, and ridges covered in high dry chaparral.
