Salt Settlers Six Hour Race

The Salt Settlers Six Hour Race is a timed loop event held in the Lower Otter valley near Budleigh Salterton. Participants complete as many 4.4 km loops as they can during a six hour period. The course is largely flat with about 12 m of ascent per loop.

The event is open to runners and walkers and offers solo and pairs relay options. An aid station is available after every loop. The event base at Budleigh Salterton Cricket Club has a cafe, a bar and hot showers. All participants receive a memento.
