Courses and race details

The event offers two trail courses:

  • Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
  • 6 Mile

Both courses begin with about 2 miles on the Wild Burro Trail, a mix of wash and single track, and finish with a return through Wild Burros Wash. The half marathon includes approximately 9 miles of single track with elevation changes and lists a total elevation gain of 1,673 ft. The 6-mile course includes about 2 miles of single track climb and lists a total elevation gain of 912 ft. Aid stations will provide water and energy gels roughly every 3 miles.

All registrations include a custom race bib and a custom online finisher's certificate. Registered participants will receive a finisher award. Race-day registration is available online only; there will be no paper registration on race day and the price increases on race day to $40.
