Beyond Saguaro National Park West

Beyond Saguaro National Park West 4mi Run/Walk and 1mi Fun Run/Walk

This is a free, non-competitive running and walking event held at Saguaro National Park West in Tucson, Arizona. The event offers two course options and is part of the annual Beyond Events produced in collaboration with Beyond Tucson, Saguaro National Park, and Southern Arizona Roadrunners.

The course is an out-and-back on well-graded dirt roads that pass through desert landscape. The event is limited to 300 participants due to parking and trail usage constraints. Participants who wish to use strollers should note that some road sections may be rough; strollers with wheels suited to rough terrain are recommended.

Location and parking details are provided for participants. The start is at the intersection of Kinney Road and Hohokam Road, with parking along Kinney Road. Entrances and exits are planned to manage traffic: enter Kinney Road from Milewide Road and exit after the event toward Sandario Road. Vehicles should not remain parked along Kinney Road after the event; those planning additional park activities are expected to move to designated parking areas.
