Course, amenities and policies
The course runs on a well maintained, non-technical dirt trail through a 1,000 acre farm that borders the Rappahannock River. Amenities include an upgraded event shirt for participants who register by September 15 to guarantee first choice, a souvenir pint glass, free downloadable photos, and free on-site parking. A complimentary beer ticket is provided to participants aged 21 and over. Post-race features include live music and two food trucks.
Other notes: the event is dog friendly when dogs are leashed and well behaved, strollers are permitted though the trail may not suit all strollers, the time limit for the course is 1 hour and 30 minutes, the race is held rain or shine, there are no refunds or transfers, and the event has a maximum capacity of 250 participants.
