Course, entries and services

The full marathon is a certified Boston Marathon qualifier. The marathon uses two loops of the course. The 5K goes out 1.55 miles and returns to the finish; the 10K goes out 3.1 miles and returns. An early-start option is available for the half and full; there are no early starts for the 5K or 10K and no awards for early starts. First-time half and full marathon finishers receive a plaque; age-group awards and overall awards are provided for male, female and non-binary categories. Entry fees include a t-shirt, finisher medal and a pair of running socks; additional event services listed include race food, live/text/email results, free finish-line photos and personalized bibs for registrants who sign up in advance. Trail runs nearby

Climb rugged single track through streams and sweeping vistas at the Hyner View Trail Challenge, featuring a punchy 25K and a gutsy 50K with big vertical and technical terrain. Fields are limited, registration opens in May.

Sproul 10K is a scenic yet challenging trail run up McCloskey Mountain with rugged single track, stream crossings, and sweeping views. Limited to 400 runners, the race includes a technical shirt and a post race meal.

Little Loggers Trail Fest invites kids 12 and under to a free trail run in North Bend over a 2.75 mile marked course with volunteers and an aid station. Only 300 spots; finishers get recorded results and free entry to Little Pine 5 Miler.

Tackle the rugged single track of Sproul State Forest at the Hyner Half and 7K, with scenic climbs and truly challenging terrain. Limited entries, a 4.5 hour cutoff and a required qualifying time make this a fast, competitive trail event.
