Run for Ag - Event details

Run for Ag is the third annual event organized by Centennial FFA Alumni on April 25, 2026 at Las Cruces Dam Open Space Trail, 3127-3669 E Lohman Ave, Las Cruces, NM. The event raises funds to support Centennial FFA members and their program activities.

Event distances include:

• 1 mile Fun Run
• 5K race

All finishers in both distance categories receive a commemorative finisher medal. Once results are tabulated for the 5K, first, second and third place males and females receive race medals and recognition following the event. Bibs are assigned to all participants and must be worn on the outside front of the clothing; crumpling or folding the bib may prevent an accurate time from being recorded.

Centennial FFA uses funds to offset costs for scholarships, conventions, judging trips, leadership camps, and other resources for members. Donations of any amount are accepted. CHS FFA members have a registration access code that allows free entry.

Logistics note: bib pick up is day-of only and final registration and packet pick up occur at the fun run location on race day. A hydration station and bottled water will be available. Parking options include nearby retail lots across from the trail and limited dirt parking adjacent to the trail. A limited number of T-shirts are available and are guaranteed to the earliest registrants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
