Run for Ag

The Run for Ag is a community fundraising event organized by the Centennial FFA Alumni. This is the third annual edition of the event. It features two race distances: a 5k run and a 1-mile fun run/walk. The course is on the Las Cruces Dam Open Space Trail, described as a route through wetlands behind the Lohman Dam.

All finishers in both events will receive a participation medal. For the 5k race, the top three male and female finishers will also receive race medals and recognition after the event.

The event aims to raise funds for the Centennial FFA chapter. The funds support activities like scholarships, conventions, judging trips, and leadership camps for the student members.

Bib and packet pickup is available on the day of the race at the trail location. To guarantee an event t-shirt, participants must register by March 1, 2026. Refreshments, including a hydration station and water, will be available on site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
