The Run Baby Run 5K Benefiting NICU Babies is the 5th annual edition, scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Lexington, KY. The event is held at Coldstream Park and on the Legacy Trail in northwest Lexington. The race supports the Snow Bunny Baby Project, which supplies basic needs to families with babies in neonatal intensive care units in 11 hospitals across Kentucky and Ohio.
