ROCKCUT Race Weekend : Twillingate, NL
The event on 26 September 2026 takes place on Twillingate Island and uses the Rockcut Twillingate Trails along the North Atlantic. It offers multiple distances and varied terrain on and around Twillingate.
- 50K: 50 kilometres on Rockcut trails with coastal single track, forest and roads.
- 23K: 23 kilometres looping the North Island on mostly rugged coastal single track.
- 9K: 9 kilometre loop from Snellins Cove via Back Harbour and Spencer's Park.
The 50K course traverses coastal rugged single track, forested areas, bogs and road sections through scenic outport communities. The 23K course loops Twillingate's North Island and highlights coastal trail sections. The 9K loop starts in Snellins Cove, goes to Back Harbour, up and around Batrix Island, through Spencer's Park to Smith's Lookout, then returns to Snellins Cove.
