Red Mountain 50K, 30K, Trail Half
The event offers three trail race distances through the Santa Clara Reserve near Ivins, Utah. The courses use dirt trails and BLM service roads in the west central portion of Washington County, located southwest of the communities of Ivins and Santa Clara and east of the Shivwits Indian Reservation.
The route begins at Gates Lane Bridge across from the historic Jacob Hamblin home, climbs onto single track trails in the Santa Clara Reserve, and winds in a clover pattern that returns to the Cove Wash Trailhead Aid Station four times before finishing at Unity Park in Ivins.
An expo is scheduled at the St. George Running Center, 2736 E. Red Cliffs Dr, St. George, UT, on March 6, 2026.
Registration and event policies note that distance changes are allowed until the Wednesday before the event. Bib transfers are permitted during early and regular registration but not during late registration. Refunds are not available; the organizer recommends purchasing travel insurance. Registration closes on Wed, Feb 25, 2026.
