The Psycho Wyco Run Toto Run takes place on February 21, 2026, at Shelter #2, Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The event offers three distance options:

Course and logistics
Each loop has about 1300 feet of elevation gain and includes rocky, root-bound, and very hilly bridle and single-track trails, with three of the largest hills in the final two miles of a loop. Trail conditions may vary from muddy to frozen or dry and firm. Packet pickup is available at the race location on race day. Parking is at the race location; carpooling is recommended. Drop bags are allowed for the 20M and 50K at the main aid station. Pacers are permitted for 50K runners only on the final 10-mile loop; pacers must sign a waiver at packet pickup and follow event rules. Post-race food includes hot chili.
