The Psycho Wyco Run Toto Run takes place at Shelter House 2, Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The event offers three distance options and is limited to 190 participants. Entry fees for 2026 are listed as: 50K $70, 20M $60, 10M $50. A race logo running top (unisex, sizes S to 2XL, non-shrinking) is included; shirts may not be guaranteed for entries after February 9, 2026. Post-race chili and downloadable race photos are provided. Distance-specific finishers’ hardware, oval stickers, and awards for 1st through 3rd M/F are offered; the 50K also receives wearable finisher swag.

Course and logistics

The course uses bridle trails and single-track trails with rocky and root-bound sections. Each measured loop is about 10.35 miles and has approximately 1,300 feet of elevation gain; the 50K is three loops, the 20M is two loops, and the 10M is one loop. The course surface can vary from muddy to frozen to dry and firm. Packet pickup is available at the race location on race day. Drop bags are allowed for the 20M and 50K and are staged at the Main Aid Station. Pacers are permitted for 50K runners only, limited to the final 10-mile loop and subject to race waivers and organizer rules. Course maps and event photos are available online.
