Course and Aid

The course has five separate aid stations. Two of these stations—Cornelius Creek Trail Junction and Sunset Fields—are passed twice, allowing participants to receive aid at seven points along the route. Aid stations provide a replacement drink, soda, water, and a variety of food items.
