The Powisset Farm Trail Run takes place on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Powisset Farm, 37 Powisset Street, Dover, MA 02030. It is part of the Barn to Run Trail Race Series and uses trails at Powisset Farm and neighboring Noanet Woodlands. Race distances offered include:

• 8.3 miles
• 5.6 miles
• 3.1 miles
• 1.5 miles

The 8.3 mile course is described as two loops of the 5.6 mile route in Noanet Woodlands without a second ascent and descent of Noanet Peak. course maps for the 5.6/8.3 and the 3.1 mile routes are available as downloadable PDFs and on MapMyRun.

Course support, amenities and policies

There will be one aid station in Noanet Woods supplying water. This is a cupless race; participants must carry their own hydration carrier. A limited number of speedcups and hydration belts will be available for sale at the event. Runners in the 8.3, 5.6 and 3.1 mile races who register by October 12 are guaranteed a soft cotton, gender-specific t-shirt; later registrants receive a Barn to Run backpack with an option to exchange for unclaimed shirts after the event. All runners receive post-race food and drink and a chance for sponsor giveaways; cider donuts are provided at this fall edition. Awards are given to the three fastest men and women in each race. Family activities at the farm include animals, a small play area, and free pumpkin painting for the first 25 children under 15.
