The Pitsea RC Crown to Crown 5k is an off-road trail race held at Westley Heights Country Park, Langdon Hills. The 5-kilometer course mainly follows bridleways, starting on Beeleigh Avenue, passing through Lee Chapel Lane, and looping around the Essex Wildlife Trust's Willow Park before finishing at Westley Heights Car Park.
