The Event

The Phoenix Trail Races is a trail running event held at Fanshawe Conservation Area in London, Ontario. The event's mission is to contribute to the trail running community and local well-being by creating opportunities to reach new goals and make connections.

The Course

Participants can run, hike, or walk a 25 km distance (one loop) or run 50 km (two loops) on the reservoir trail. The course provides views of the lake and features a mix of surfaces including pine chips, dirt, grass, pavement, and technical root sections. Elevation changes are small.

A trail running adventure by day and night on the scenic paths around Wildwood Lake. Choose from 10km, 25km, or 50km distances, with night runs requiring a headlamp. Supports Ontario Nature and includes a medal, shirt, and aid stations.

The Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Monday family tradition at Springbank Park. The event features 6.5K, 2K, and Kiddy Trot races. Donations are collected for the London Food Bank.
