Paul Smiths Trail Running Festival

The Paul Smiths Trail Running Festival is a loop-style endurance race held in Paul Smiths, NY. The event offers timed options of six hours, three hours, and one hour. Participants aim to complete as many laps of the approximately 4 mile course as possible within their chosen time frame.

The course covers roughly four miles of moderately rolling terrain. Sections include singletrack through conifer stands and wider former logging roads. The route may provide views of Whiteface Mountain. The loop format means runners repeat the same circuit for the duration of their entry.

The festival also features live music, food, and other on-site activities. Packet pickup and check-in begin at 8:00 AM on race day, and packets may be picked up the day before at the VIC lodge between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Registration for the event closes on Friday, Aug 21 at 11:59 PM ET.
