Passion Play Trail Run
The 3rd Annual Passion Play Trail Run takes place on April 4, 2026 at The Great Passion Play trails in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The event uses trails that are part of the Oz Trail System of Northwest Arkansas. Routes pass by the Christ of the Ozarks Statue and include sections of the Holy Land Tour and the passion play grounds.
Distances offered:
- Fun Run: road route to Christ of the Ozarks, then a loop of the grounds.
- 5k Trail Run: redesigned to stay near the hilltop and passes the stage and tabernacle.
- 5 Mile Trail Run: route includes trails that loop around the Sea of Galilee.
- Half Marathon Trail Run: three laps combining the 5 Mile and 5k courses.
Registration and event services follow the published race details. Participants who register by March 20 receive an event t-shirt while supplies last. All finishers receive a cast finisher medal. Aid stations are located on each course and refreshments and snacks are provided at the finish area. Included for all participants is a ticket to see The Great Passion Play, redeemable any time in 2026 or 2027.
