Paluma Village Trail Run, the sixth and final event in Outer Limits Trail Run Series, takes place at Paluma in Queensland's Wet Tropics. Distances are 6 km, 10 km, and 20 km, with start and finish at the Village Green (56 Mt Spec Road). The course runs through World Heritage rainforest at over 900 m elevation, offering cooler conditions in October.

It is a technical bush trail with mossy rocks, slippery roots, creek crossings, and occasional leeches or snakes. Runners get marked courses, electronic timing, on-course photos, hydration, plus a post-race BBQ and series prizes. Note: 2025 edition relocated to Hidden Valley due to road closure.
