The Pain In Green Lane event takes place on November 1, 2025, at Green Lane Park, Morrow Pavilion, 2298 Green Lane Rd, Green Lane, PA 08054. The event offers these distances:

- 50k
- 25K RUCK WITH WEIGHT
The 25k is one full loop of the course. The 50k is two loops of the 25k course. Participants receive a medal and a unique long-sleeved tech shirt for those who register by October 17. The first 50 participants receive a race-themed blanket. Top three male, female, and non-binary overall finishers in each event receive awards. The race partners with Friends of Green Lane Park and will make a donation after the event.
Course and logistics
The trail runs around the lake and reservoir and uses mixed surfaces: paved path, single-track with roots and rock, packed gravel, and some mulch path. The route includes minor stream crossings, road crossings, bridges, a dam crossing, and mountain-biking single-track sections. The start and finish are at the Morrow Pavilion.
There are three aid stations on course, located at roughly six-mile intervals, and additional water stations depending on weather. This event is cupless; participants should bring their own drinking vessel. Bib pickup is available Friday night at Perkiomen Valley Brewery (time to be announced) and at the pavilion near the start.
