Orange Dirt Trail Series
The Orange Dirt Trail Series is held at Lake McMurtry East Pavilion in Stillwater, Oklahoma on October 17, 2026. Races start and finish near the East Pavilion and use the lake trail network in out-and-back formats.
Distances offered include:
- 5K - Yellow Trail
- 10K - Yellow Trail
- Half Marathon - Yellow Trail and Red Trail
- Marathon - Yellow, Red, Green and Blue Trails
Registration fees are listed per distance: 5K $40, 10K $50, Half Marathon $60, Marathon $70. Registration opens July 2, 2026. Registrations completed by September 30 will be eligible to receive an event t-shirt in the requested size. Registration includes a finisher medal and refreshments during the post-race celebration.
Packet pickup is available the day before the event at Stonecloud Stillwater Patio & Taproom and on race day at Lake McMurtry East Pavilion. Final course maps and aid station locations will be emailed the Monday prior to race weekend. The event is chip timed; bibs should be worn on the front of the body as indicated in the race packet.
Awards are presented to the top three finishers in female, non-binary, and male categories. Awards must be collected following the race and will not be mailed.
Camping at Lake McMurtry is offered with private and primitive sites; the East Side has restrooms but not showers. Reservations for camping are required through Lake McMurtry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
