Onion River Outdoors Birdland 5K

The Onion River Outdoors Birdland 5K is an exciting running event set in the scenic Vermont forest, featuring rolling hills and vibrant vegetation. Participants will start near the Montpelier Rec Pool and navigate a challenging course that includes 95% single track with technical roots and rocks, offering around 500 feet of elevation gain. Runners can enjoy the sounds of various bird species along the way. The race will have two water-only checkpoints, and participants are encouraged to bring their own hydration solutions.
